Day 1. Initiation to Sattya Yoga with Shakipat at the beginning, Mid & end of the course.
Day 2. special energy transmission from a Guru, to experience higher dimensions in mediation.
Day 3. Daily Early morning nature walks in the reserve forests and crystal clear sand beaches (60 Minutes)
Day 4. Daily morning class (90 minutes each) covering physical dimensions of yoga with Asanas.
Day 5. Daily Ayurveda Massage & treatments total 6
Day 6. Daily Afternoon Class (90 minutes each ) of covering different dimensions of Asanas.
Day 7. Evening special transformational and awareness sessions with the emphasis on Kundalini Shakti & Special sessions Self-awareness Kriyas & mediation for higher Consciousness.
