You can start by using our search option on the website. It is best to use filters and reviews to find the best fit. Then simply select your days, time, the number of guests and other add ons. Once you have added your choices to the cart, checkout, pay, and book

If you wish to place a refund, you can contact Questra via email at (hello@questra.in ) or by phone at (PHONE NUMBER). We offer full reimbursement for all the purchases made on our website within 14 calendar days of your purchase. If you place a refund within 7 to 14 days of purchase, you will be reimbursed 50% of the total payment made.For refunds placed between 48 hours to 7 days, you will receive a total of 25%refund and no refund for the queries placed less than 48 hours of purchase. Refunds will go directly into the bank account of the customer. Customers can maintain bank details in their ‘Customer Profile’ segment of our website.

Sometimes, operators are out of reach as they are leading an experience in terrain that is not easily accessible and has very low network connectivity. No need to panic, try again after some time. If still not resolved, get in touch with our customer support at hello@questra.in

Please check the cancellation policies, accordingly, cancel the trip and book a new one.

The refund will be issued according to the cancellation policy of that activity. Refunds will be issued within 5-7 working days, post-initiation.

Questra is committed to making travel widely accessible, regardless of ability or disability. We ask that you carefully consider whether you are physically and mentally able to complete the itinerary you have chosen, recognising that you will be required to carry your own bags and use public transport on many trips.

You can book an experience as soon as you want, but we recommend that you do so at least 24-48 hours in advance.

Our hosts are vaccinated and fully fit to conduct any activity, You can also opt for various online experiences.

It can be anything ranging from INR 2000 to INR 50,000 per person per experience. There is no limit to the number of experiences or group size. The better the reviews the more customers you get

You can start by simply creating a profile. Once you have a profile, start creating experiences where you add your brief, details, itinerary, inclusion/exclusion, calendar, and other essential points. It is best to upload good-quality photos/videos for more visibility.

No documents are required to list your experience.

Questra will disburse regularly in your account. The supplier will have access to a dashboard from where they can easily track and manage their bookings as well as all the payments made towards them. They can also request payments via the same dashboard.

Yes. There is no limit to the number of experiences that you can list on Questra.

We make it easier with the Create an experience widget with all the necessary hints and tips to complete your listing.

Any language. We suggest checking your target audience and hosting an activity in the most appropriate language for your target audience.

If you find out that your original images are being copied by any other vendor on Questra.Please report it urgently to hello@questra.in

Payment is disbursed at a regular cycle of ___ days. Payments are also subject to successful completion of trips, cancellations, refunds and escalations. If you feel that a payment is overdue to you, after considering all these factors. Please write at hello@questra.in
